CRANBERRY MANGO

Makes 2 cocktails

INGREDIENTS


1/2   cup            Frozen mango slices
1/2   cup            NUTRA-FRUIT 100% Pure raspberry & cranberry  Juice
1                            Lime (juice and zest) 
1-2 oz.               Vodka 
1 oz.                    Triple sec 

1 tbsp.                NUTRA-FRUIT Cranberry Maple Syrup

1 tbsp.                NUTRA-FRUIT Pure Cranberry Spread

1/4   cup            Fresh mint 

4                            Ice cubes

Garnish

1                            Lime slice

1                            Mango, diced

1/4   cup            Fresh cranberries   

INSTRUCTIONS

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until you get a smooth consistency.

TO SERVE

Pour into 2 martini glasses and garnish with fresh lime slices and fresh diced mango.
