SAUMON À LA VINAIGRETTE

DE CANNEBERGE 

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the butter and salmon filet onto some aluminum foil. Cover with the onions, pour the Cranberry, raspberry, blueberry & green tea salad dressing on top, then add the tarragon. Close the aluminum foil en papillote and bake in the oven at 350 F for 20 minutes. 

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

1                           200 g Salmon filet

1/4 cup             Onions, finely sliced

1 tsp.                  Butter or Olive oil

1 tsp.                  Fresh tarragon 

1 cup                  Cooked Basmati rice

100 ml               NUTRA-FRUIT Cranberry, Raspberry, Blueberry & Green Tea Salad Dressing

Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

TO SERVE

Serve over a bed of basmati rice, add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. This recipe can be made with any of our 3 cranberry salad dressings.
